How to Cancel an Order

A guide on what orders can be cancelled and how to cancel them through the Sirdab platform.

You can cancel orders (inbounds, outbounds, and transportation orders) at different stages, but the process and conditions depend on the order status.

Draft Orders

  • Can be cancelled at any time directly through the platform.

Created Orders

  • If the scheduled time is more than 24 hours from now: You can cancel directly through the platform.

  • If the scheduled time is within 24 hours: Please contact Customer Support to cancel. You can reach us through the messenger right here on the portal, or through WhatsApp by clicking here.

Orders Beyond the Created State

  • These cannot be cancelled through the platform as they have already started processing. Please contact support to request cancellation.

  • Important Note: If the cancellation request is submitted after order preparation has started, operational charges may still apply.

Steps to Cancel an Order via the Sirdab Platform

  1. Navigate to the order’s page in the platform.

  2. Click the “Cancel Inbound/Outbound/Trip” button (see screenshot below).
