Important Notes
All requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the start of a new month to ensure the change is applied in the next invoice.
If you are cancelling reserved space, make sure all items are removed before the new month begins to avoid charges.
Step 1: Navigate to the Warehouses Tab
Log in to your Sirdab account.
From the menu on the left side, click on the Warehouses tab.
Step 2: Click on Modify Reserved Space
Choose the warehouse where you’d like to make changes.
Click on the three dots in the top-right corner (as shown in the picture below).
Select Modify Reserved Space.
Step 3: Complete the Request Form
Fill in the following fields:
Type of Change: Select whether you want to increase, decrease, or cancel space.
Reason: Provide a brief explanation for the change.
Space: Enter the new amount of space required (in pallets or square meters).
Date: Choose the date when the change should take effect.
Leave the other fields as they are.
Step 4: Confirmation
That’s it, your reserved space will be changed on the specified date and will reflect in the next invoice.
