Connect your Zid store to Sirdab so Zid orders arrive here automatically and get fulfilled from the warehouse.

<b>Before you start:</b> stay signed in to Sirdab in the same browser until you finish. Zid sends you back into your session, and the connection fails if you signed out.

1. Open Fulfillment → Integrations from the side menu and find the Zid card under Available Integrations.

2. Press Connect, then sign in with your Zid store account and approve the permissions in the tab that opens.

3. Back on the Integrations page, check the Zid card now shows Connected.

"Failed to connect. Please try again" covers every failure with no detail. Start over; if it keeps failing, contact support.

Connected card with a warning on it? Those switches live in Zid: press Open Zid, activate Sirdab in your shipping settings, and turn on order dispatch and product sync.

There is no disconnect button inside Sirdab. To stop the connection, uninstall the Sirdab app from your Zid store.
