Pull your Shopify products into Sirdab and push your Sirdab stock levels out to the store, without waiting for the automatic sync.
Before you start: you need to be an Admin on your company account and the Shopify channel must show Connected. Otherwise the buttons are not on the page.
1. Open Fulfillment, then Integrations, from the side menu and press Manage on your Shopify store
2. Open the Products section and press Sync Products
3. Press Sync Inventory to push your stock levels out to the store
4. Turn on Auto Inventory Sync in the details card so stock keeps syncing on its own
Good to know
The toast means the job is queued, not finished, and the button temporarily greys out. Refresh the page in a minute to see the result.
Inventory sync only covers products already mapped to a Sirdab SKU; newly pulled products land in the Unmapped Products tab.
If the expected changes do not appear after refreshing, contact support with your store name and the time of the sync.
