A product mapping tells Sirdab which warehouse SKU to use when an order arrives from your store. Check both the product and its variant before saving a link.
Before you start: sign in as an account Admin, connect your store, and create the matching SKU in Sirdab. The screenshots show how to review an existing Shopify mapping.
1. Open Fulfillment, then Integrations, and press Manage on your store.
2. Open Products, then Mapped Products, to review existing links.
3. Find the store product and press Manage on its row.
4. Find the correct Sirdab SKU, press Link, then Save to apply the mapping.
Good to know
For a new product, open Unmapped Products instead. Use its row menu and choose Map To Existing SKU to open the SKU selector.
If Unmapped Products shows zero, all imported products already have links. Review Mapped Products or sync products if your store has new products.
Check the product size, colour and Merchant SKU carefully. Each store variant needs the correct link.
Saving a different link changes which SKU future store orders use and may trigger inventory updates to the store. Cancel if you only wanted to inspect the current link.
