Ready to ship items out from the warehouse? Whether you’re fulfilling an order or moving stock, you’ll use an Outbound Request—the process for getting products out of the warehouse (deliveries to customers or to your location). Follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Outbound Tab
Login to your Sirdab account.
On the left-hand side menu, click on the Outbounds tab.
Step 2: Request New Outbound
From the "Outbounds" tab, locate the Request New Outbound button at the top right corner and click on it.
Step 3: Fill In Outbound Details
You will be directed to the "Request New Outbound" page.
Fill out the form:
Outbound Type: Select the type of outbound (e.g., Delivery To Destination, Pickup From Warehouse).
Warehouse: Choose the warehouse where the goods will be picked up.
Destination: Select the destination location or add a new destination if necessary.
Delivery Date: Choose the date for the outbound.
Pickup Time: Select when you would like to pick up the order
Step 4: Specify Outbound SKUs
In the "Outbound SKUs" section, specify the details of the items being shipped:
SKU Name: Select or search for the SKU name.
Packaging Type: Box, Pallet, Unit, etc.
Quantity: Enter the quantity to be shipped.
Confirm the SKUs by clicking on the checkmark button.
To add more SKUs, click on Insert Another SKU.
Step 5: Select Truck and Carrier
If you selected "Delivery to Destination" as the outbound type, you will see a Transportation Details section under Outbound SKUs. In this section:
Select Delivery Type:
Choose between Dedicated Truck (FTL) or By Pallet (LTL).Truck Size selection is only available for Dedicated Truck (FTL). If you choose By Pallet (LTL), the truck will automatically be set to a small pallet-based load.
Select Truck Size and Type:
Truck Size: Choose from Van, Open Dyna, or Trailer (only shown if FTL is selected)
Truck Type: Choose Dry, Chilled, or Frozen (options vary based on size)
Choose Carrier:
View a list of available carriers and their rates. Select the one that fits your needs (e.g., Carrier A – 500 SAR).Add Labor (Optional):
If you selected Dedicated Truck, you may add laborers for loading and unloading.
Step 6: Upload attachments
Attach any related documents by clicking on Select files to upload under the Attachments section.
Step 7: Confirm Outbound Request
Review all the information entered.
If all details are correct, click on Confirm to finalize the outbound request.
If you need to make changes, click Save Draft to save the details for later completion, or click Cancel Outbound to cancel the process.
