How to request an outbound

A step-by-step guide on requesting warehouse outbounds

Step 1: Navigate to the Outbound Tab

  1. Login to your Sirdab account.

  2. On the left-hand side menu, click on the Outbounds tab.

Step 2: Request New Outbound

  1. From the "Outbounds" tab, locate the Request New Outbound button at the top right corner and click on it.

Step 3: Fill In Outbound Details

  1. You will be directed to the "Request New Outbound" page.

  2. Fill out the form:

    • Outbound Type: Select the type of outbound (e.g., Delivery To Destination, Pickup From Warehouse).

    • Warehouse: Choose the warehouse where the goods will be picked up.

    • Destination: Select the destination location or add a new destination if necessary.

    • Delivery Date: Choose the date for the outbound.

    • Pickup Time: Select when you would like to pick up the order

Step 4: Specify Outbound SKUs

  1. In the "Outbound SKUs" section, specify the details of the items being shipped:

    • SKU Name: Select or search for the SKU name.

    • Packaging Type: Specify the type of packaging.

    • Quantity: Enter the quantity to be shipped.

  2. Confirm the SKUs by clicking on the checkmark button.

  3. To add more SKUs, click on Insert Another SKU.

  4. Attach any related documents by clicking on Select files to upload under the Attachments section.

Step 5: Confirm Outbound Request

  1. Review all the information entered.

  2. If all details are correct, click on Confirm to finalize the outbound request.

  3. If you need to make changes, click Save Draft to save the details for later completion, or click Cancel Outbound to cancel the process.
