Generating reports in Sirdab can be done easily through the following steps. Below is a guide on how to generate different types of reports, along with the required data inputs for each report type.

Types of Reports

  1. SKUs Report: Provides detailed information on all SKUs in the system with the number of pallets, boxes and units left at our warehouses

  2. Inbounds Report: Details all inbound shipments, including statuses and dates, types and SKUs

  3. Outbounds Report: Summarizes outbound shipments, ncluding statuses and dates, types and SKUs

  4. Space Utilization Report: Shows the utilization of warehouse space over a specified period in pallets / square meters.

  5. Near-to-Expiry Report: Lists SKUs that are nearing their expiration dates.


Steps to Generate a Report

Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Tab

  1. Login to your Sirdab account.

  2. On the left-hand side menu, click on the Reports tab.

Step 2: Select the Report Type

  1. Click on Generate Report.

  2. Choose the type of report you want to generate from the dropdown menu.


1. SKUs Report

Purpose: Provides detailed information on all SKUs in the system.

Data Inputs Required:

  • Warehouse: Select the warehouse.

  • Select Date: Choose the date where you want to take a snapshot of your inventory.

  • Include SKUs with no stock on hand: Toggle option.

2. Inbounds Report

Purpose: Details all inbound shipments, including statuses and types.

Data Inputs Required:

  • Warehouse: Select the warehouse.

  • Status: Choose the status.

  • Inbound Type: Select the type of inbound.

  • Start Date: Choose the start date.

  • End Date: Choose the end date.

  • Include SKUs within inbounds: Toggle option.

3. Outbounds Report

Purpose: Summarizes outbound shipments, including statuses and types.

Data Inputs Required:

  • Warehouse: Select the warehouse.

  • Status: Choose the status.

  • Outbound Type: Select the type of outbound.

  • Start Date: Choose the start date.

  • End Date: Choose the end date.

  • Include SKUs within outbounds: Toggle option.

4. Space Utilization Report

Purpose: Shows the utilization of warehouse space over a specified period.

Data Inputs Required:

  • Warehouse: Select the warehouse.

  • Start Date: Choose the start date.

  • End Date: Choose the end date.

5. Near-to-Expiry Report

Purpose: Lists SKUs that are nearing their expiration dates.

Data Inputs Required:

  • Warehouse: Select the warehouse.
