Generating reports in Sirdab can be done easily through the following steps. Below is a guide on how to generate different types of reports, along with the required data inputs for each report type.
Types of Reports
Inbounds Report: Details all inbound shipments, including statuses and dates, types and SKUs
Outbounds Report: Summarizes outbound shipments, ncluding statuses and dates, types and SKUs
SKUs Report: Provides detailed information on all SKUs in the system with the number of pallets, boxes and units left at our warehouses
Space Utilization Report: Shows the utilization of warehouse space over a specified period in pallets / square meters.
Expiry Report: Lists SKUs that are nearing their expiration dates.
Chargeable Activities Report: Provides detailed information about all operational charges.
Fulfillment Orders Report: Provides detailed information for Fulfillment orders over specified dates.
Steps to Generate a Report
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Tab
Login to your Sirdab account.
On the left-hand side menu, click on the Reports tab.
Step 2: Select the Report Type
Click on Generate Report.
Choose the type of report you want to generate from the dropdown menu.
1. Inbounds Report
Purpose: Details all inbound shipments, including statuses and types.
Data Inputs Required:
Warehouse: Select the warehouse.
Status: Choose the status.
Inbound Type: Select the type of inbound.
Start Date: Choose the start date.
End Date: Choose the end date.
Include SKUs within inbounds: Toggle option.
2. Outbounds Report
Purpose: Summarizes outbound shipments, including statuses and types.
Data Inputs Required:
Warehouse: Select the warehouse.
Status: Choose the status.
Outbound Type: Select the type of outbound.
Start Date: Choose the start date.
End Date: Choose the end date.
Include SKUs within outbounds: Toggle option to include items.
3. SKUs Report
Purpose: Provides detailed information on all SKUs in the system.
Data Inputs Required:
Warehouse: Select the warehouse.
Select Date: Choose the date where you want to take a snapshot of your inventory.
Show Reserved SKUs: Toggle option to include SKU reserved items.
Show Damaged SKUs: Toggle option to include damaged items.
Show Return Inventory: Toggle Option to show which Items which were returned from previous orders.
4. Space Utilization Report
Purpose: Shows the utilization of warehouse space over a specified period.
Data Inputs Required:
Warehouse: Select the warehouse.
Start Date: Choose the start date.
End Date: Choose the end date.
5. Expiry Report
Purpose: Lists SKUs that are nearing their expiration dates.
Data Inputs Required:
Warehouse: Select the warehouse.
Expires By: Select a date to view items that will expire on or before that date.
Add Items past their expiry date: Toggle option to show items that have passed their expiry dates.
6. Chargeable Activities Report
Purpose: Provides a list of all chargeable activities within a specified period, helping you track and review billable services.
Data Inputs Required:
Warehouse: Select which warehouse (leave blank to select all)
Type: Specify Inbounds or Outbounds.
Start Date: Choose the start date.
End Date: Choose the end date.
7. Fulfillment Orders Report
Purpose: Generates a detailed summary of all fulfillment orders within the selected date range.
Data Inputs Required:
Start Date: Choose the start date.
End Date: Choose the end date.
Status: Choose the status of the orders you'd like to be added (leave blank to include all).
