How to Book a Warehouse Visit

A step-by-step guide on requesting warehouse visits

Note: Warehouse visits have to be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Step 1: Navigate to the Warehouses Tab

  1. Log in to your Sirdab account.

  2. From the menu on the left side, click on the Warehouses tab.

Step 2: Click on Schedule Warehouse Visit

  1. Choose which warehouse you want to visit

  2. Click the three dots on the corner (as shown in the picture below)

Step 3: Fill out the form

  1. Visit Goal: Choose the goal of your visit.

  2. Visit Reason: Explain the reason for the visit.

  3. Preferred Date: Choose the date you wish to visit the warehouse on.

  4. Preferred Slot: Choose the time you wish to visit.

  5. Please leave the rest of the prompts as they are.

Step 4: Confirmation via Email

Once we review the warehouse’s availability, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a calendar invite. The invite will include the warehouse location and visit time, making it easy to add directly to your schedule.
