Ask about a bidding deal or reply to Sirdab or the merchant, without leaving the portal.
Before you start: you can only comment on the deals in your list: open deals, or deals your org has bid on.
1. Open Commercial in the side menu, press Bidding Deals, then press Comments on your deal.
2. Pick a tab: Operational to talk to Sirdab, Public (Merchant) if you want the merchant to read it.
3. Type your comment and press Publish. It appears in the thread with your name and the date.
Good to know
Comments can't be edited or deleted. To fix one, post a new comment correcting it.
Public (Merchant) sends a bell notification and an email to the admins of every org that bid, and to everyone who commented before. Operational sends no notification; Sirdab reads it in the thread.
If you get "Something went wrong", your text stays in the box. Press Publish again.
