Record the handover once the courier has collected the order.
Before you start: the order must be on the Ready for pickup tab. If it's still under Preparing, pack it and move it there first.
1. Open the Action Center from the side menu and pick your warehouse.
2. Open the Ready for pickup tab.
3. Find your order in the list and press Mark As Picked Up at the end of its row.
4. Check the order number, then press Confirm to record the pickup.
Good to know
Own-delivery orders become Delivered when you confirm pickup.
"Order couldn't be moved to Shipped" usually means the outbound has no loading photo. Open the outbound, attach one, and try again.
Check that the courier has the order before confirming. If you confirm the wrong order, contact the Sirdab team.
