Add a new product to a merchant's catalogue so it can go on their inbounds and orders.
Before you start: pick a SKU Number the merchant doesn't already use. A repeat is rejected with "Merchant sku has already been taken".
1. Open SKUs from the side menu and press Create New SKU.
2. Pick the merchant in Organization, then fill in SKU Name, SKU Number, Warehouse Type, Has Expiry? and SKU Categories.
3. Press Save at the bottom of the form.
Good to know
Leave the Low Inventory Threshold fields blank and the low stock alert starts at 10 units.
Pick Chilled or Frozen and Has Expiry? switches to Yes.
The new SKU shows in your SKUs list only once its stock reaches one of your warehouses. The merchant sees it in their own SKU list straight away.
