Correct or fill in a product’s data: name, merchant code, category, dimensions, image, or its low-stock threshold.

Correct or fill in a product’s data: name, merchant code, category, dimensions, image, or its low-stock threshold.

Before you start: the SKU must already have stock in one of your warehouses. A brand-new SKU you never received won’t save, so ask the owning merchant or Sirdab support instead.

1. Open SKUs from the side menu, search for your product, and press its name.

step 1

2. Press Edit SKU on the SKU Details card. If the drawer doesn’t open, wait a second and press again.

step 2

3. Change what you need and leave the rest. Low Inventory Threshold Value is near the bottom of the drawer.

step 3

4. Press Save at the bottom of the drawer. “SKU updated successfully” confirms it.

Good to know

  • Warehouse Type and SKU Categories look empty even when they’re set. Save without touching them and nothing changes.

  • If you do pick a category, it replaces the existing ones instead of adding to them, so select the full set you want.

  • You can't change barcodes, stock quantities or the owning merchant here.
