Check how much stock a product has, where it sits, and its state. Then fix an item's dimensions, batch number, or expiry date.
Before you start: the moveable objects list needs an Organization admin account. If you hit an error there, ask your account admin.
1. Open SKUs from the side menu, search for your product, and press its name.
2. Scroll to Inventory Details and switch between the On-hand, Reserved, and Shipped Inventory tabs.
3. Press the three dots at the end of a row and choose Show Individual Moveable Objects.
4. Find the item by its identifier, open its menu, and choose Edit Moveable Object.
5. Change the dimensions, batch number, or expiry date (it must be a future date), then press Confirm.
Good to know
Numbers look off? Open Inventory Actions and choose Refresh Inventory. The recount runs in the background.
The list always looks empty when you open it from a Reserved Inventory row. It shows available stock only.
You can't free a pallet stuck on Reserved with no order behind it here. Contact Sirdab with the SKU name and item identifier.
