Move an outbound to Ready For Loading once the goods are staged, then complete it after the truck leaves.
Before you start: every SKU must be fully reserved. Each row on the SKUs tab should read something like "20/20 Reserved". If one is short, press Auto-Reserve on that tab first.
1. Open Outbounds under Wholesale in the side menu, switch to the In-Progress tab, and press your order's number.
2. Press Ready For Loading at the top of the order page.
3. Upload a photo of the staged goods and press Save.
4. After the truck leaves, press Complete Outbound, upload a photo of the loaded truck, and press Save.
Good to know
Complete Outbound removes the stock from the merchant's balance and notifies both sides. Don't press it until the truck is loaded.
"Picking documents can't be blank" or "Loaded documents can't be blank" means the file never attached. Pick it again and wait for its name to show before you save.
