How to add and edit the SKUs on an outbound order

Add the items going out of the warehouse, change a quantity, or remove a line you added by mistake.

Before you start: the order must be in Draft. Check the Status field at the top of the order page.

1. Open Outbounds under Wholesale in the side menu, search for your draft order, and press its number.

2. Scroll to the SKUs tab and press Add Another SKU.

3. Pick the SKU and packaging type, tick the row, type the quantity, and press Add To Cart.

4. To change a quantity, press Edit on the row, type the new number, and press Confirm. Remove deletes the line.

5. Lots of items? Press Upload SKUs List, download the template, fill it in, and upload it.

Good to know

  • Confirming the order hides Add, Edit and Remove for good. Check your lines first, and ask Sirdab ops for any later change.

  • "No SKUs found" means there's no stock in that packaging. Try another Packaging Type.

  • You can type more than the On-Hand Inventory. The shortfall shows up at reservation.
