Print the receiving paperwork for an inbound, and request the barcode labels that go on the pallets and boxes before they hit the racks.

Print the receiving paperwork for an inbound, and request the barcode labels that go on the pallets and boxes before they hit the racks.

Before you start: Download Receiving Slip is hidden while the inbound is a draft or on hold, and labels only work once quality control has created the inventory.

1. Open Inbounds under Wholesale in the side menu, search for your inbound's number, and press it.

step 1

2. Press Download Receiving Slip at the top of the page. The slip downloads as a PDF, ready to print.

step 2

3. Open the Inventory tab and press Print Labels above the table.

step 3

4. Pick the label size: Download 4" x 6" label, or Download 2" x 1.5" label.

step 4

Good to know

  • Nothing downloads at this point. You get "Labels are being generated. You will receive an email shortly." and the link comes by email.

  • No email? Usually the inbound has no inventory yet, and the portal just says "Something went wrong" without telling you why.

  • Need labels for one row only? Open the Actions menu on that row and press Print Label.
