How to print the outbound slip (picking list)

Print the sheet your warehouse team picks from. It opens as a PDF in a new tab, and you print it from there.

Before you start: the order must be in Created or later for the print button to appear. If it is still a Draft, press Confirm first.

1. Open Outbounds under Wholesale in the side menu, switch to the Created tab, and press your order's number.

2. Press Print Outbound Slip in the button bar at the top, then wait for the new tab to open.

3. Press Print Picking List on the SKUs tab to print the same sheet from there.

Good to know

  • No print button means the order is a Draft or On Hold. Confirm the draft to get it. If it is on hold, review the reason and resume it when the issue is resolved, or ask Sirdab for help.

  • The sheet is a snapshot from the moment you printed it and never updates itself. Changed the order? Print a fresh copy.

  • If an error toast appears instead of a new tab, the PDF failed to generate. Your order is unaffected, so contact support.
