See how much of a product you have right now, and where the rest of it went.
Before you start: open a product that has received stock. A tab can be empty if there is no inventory in that category.
1. In the merchant portal, open SKUs, search by product name or number, and click the product name.
2. Scroll to Inventory Details and read the three tabs: On-hand, Reserved, and Shipped.
3. Go back to the top of the page and press Associated Movements.
4. Read the inbound table on top and the outbound one below, and use Filter to narrow either by warehouse or status.
Good to know
On-hand shows available inventory. Reserved shows inventory set aside for orders, and Shipped shows inventory that has left the warehouse.
Associated Movements only lists orders the warehouse has processed. Track in-progress ones from Inbounds or Outbounds.
The "Low inventory alert" bar runs off the threshold you set in Edit SKU.
