Update a registered product’s details, image, or inventory alerts.
Before you start: sign in to the merchant portal and choose a product owned by your organisation.
1. In the merchant portal, open SKUs, search for your product, and click its name.
2. Press Edit SKU at the top of the product page.
3. Update the product details or image. Keep the required name, SKU number, and warehouse type filled in.
4. Scroll down and set the alert thresholds: Low Inventory Threshold and the near-expiry days.
5. Press Confirm to save and return to the product page.
Good to know
SKU Name and SKU Number must stay unique in your organisation. A duplicate returns "Name has already been taken".
Chilled and frozen need Has Expiry? Set to Yes before you can pick them.
Keep a value in Low Inventory Threshold, even though the field says Optional. Near-expiry settings appear for products with an expiry date.
