Hide a product you no longer sell from your SKUs list, and bring it back whenever you want.
Before you start: sign in to the merchant portal and choose a product with no remaining warehouse inventory. Products with stock cannot be archived.
1. Open SKUs from the side menu and type the product name in the search box
2. Press the red Archive button at the end of the product's row
3. Turn on the Show Archived switch above the table to see it again
4. Press Unarchive at the end of the row to put the product back in the list
Good to know
The product's own page has the same buttons at the top: Archive SKU and Unarchive SKU.
Archiving hides the product from the active list without deleting its history.
If archiving fails, check the product’s inventory and contact support if needed.
