Tell the Sirdab team how it went once the warehouse has received and stored your goods.
Before you start: choose a Completed inbound order that has not been rated yet.
1. Open Inbounds from the side menu, find an order with the Completed status, and click the order ID.
2. Pick your star rating in the window that opens.
3. Answer Yes or No on the processing question, then tick any problems and add a comment if you want.
4. Press Submit Feedback.
Good to know
The window opens by itself on a completed order. If you close it by accident, reload the page.
Below five stars the Yes/No answer becomes required, and ticking Other makes the comment required.
If Submit Feedback does nothing, an answer is missing. Check the Yes/No question.
