Save your warehouse, a supplier site, or a customer branch once, and it becomes a ready option on inbounds, outbounds, and transportation orders.
1. Open Addresses from the side menu and press Add New Address.
2. Write a name that identifies the site, like "Riyadh Main Warehouse".
3. Pick one way to give the location. Short address code, Google Maps URL, or Manual Entry.
4. Choose the city from the list, then fill in the district, street, building number, and postal code.
5. Add the name and number the driver should call in +966 format, then press Confirm at the top.
Good to know
After Confirm you land back on the Addresses list with the new address at the top.
If you get "Please fill in the building number and zip code", the location section is still empty. Open one of the three options and fill it.
City names are in English even when the portal is Arabic: type Ri and choose Riyadh from the list.
