Open your Sirdab account to get to your stock, your orders, and your invoices.
Before you start: you need a Sirdab merchant account. If you don't have one, press "Get Started" on the same page and create it.
1. Enter the email and password registered to your merchant account.
2. Press Login to open your account.
3. Press Forgot Password? if you get the red message and a second try still fails.
4. Press Logout at the bottom of the side menu when you're done.
Good to know
If you see "Invalid login credentials", check your email address, password, Caps Lock and keyboard language.
Use the account assigned to you for the merchant portal. Warehouse partners should use
partner.sirdab.app.Signing in for the first time? You'll be asked to verify your email and finish your account setup before you reach the dashboard.
