Book a truck to move goods between two addresses without going through a Sirdab warehouse.
Before you start: have your pickup and delivery addresses ready. Use Add New beside an address field if you need to save one.
1. Open Shipments from the side menu and press Request New Order.
2. Choose the origin, destination, trip date, and pickup window.
3. Choose the delivery type, truck size, and truck type. Select a carrier and enter the trucks and laborers you need.
4. Add and save any products you want on the optional Packing List, then press Next.
5. Review the order summary, then use Back To List to find your trip in Shipments.
Good to know
Next creates the trip. The summary does not have another confirmation button.
Carrier selection and prices are subject to final confirmation based on availability.
If no carrier appears for your route and truck options, contact support before submitting.
