Check a trip's progress, tracking details, and charges from its details page.
Before you start: use a row marked ABTrip for a standalone trip. Other shipment rows open their related inbound or outbound order.
1. Open Shipments, find your ABTrip row, and press Manage.
2. Read Transportation Status to see the current stage.
3. Scroll to Shipments to check the shipment number, status, and any tracking number or link.
4. Read Chargeable Activities and Billing Summary for the recorded charges, VAT, and total.
5. Open Order Status History at the bottom to see the recorded status changes.
Good to know
Tracking fields can be empty until the carrier details are available.
Refresh the page when checking for a new status. A new trip may not have recorded charges yet.
