Choose a carrier to deliver stock from the warehouse to your destination.
Before you start: Open a draft outbound with Delivery to Destination selected. Add the products you want to send before confirming.
1. Open Outbounds from the side menu, find your draft, and click the order ID.
2. Scroll to SKU Cart and press Edit Cart.
3. In Transportation Details, choose the delivery type, truck size, and truck type.
4. Compare the available rates and press Select beside your preferred carrier.
5. Press Save to keep the transportation details. Once the cart and delivery details are ready, press Confirm to submit the outbound.
Good to know
If no rates appear, check all three transportation fields or contact support.
To change your choice, press Unselect and select another carrier, then Save again.
Carrier availability and prices remain subject to final confirmation.
