Move stock from a Sirdab warehouse to one of your own dark stores instead of shipping it to a customer.
Before you start: you need a dark store registered with Sirdab and stock in the source warehouse. No Dark Store option under Order to? Ask Sirdab to enable it.
1. Open Outbounds from the side menu and press Request New Outbound.
2. Pick Dark Store under Order to, then set the warehouse, the dark store, the date and the pickup time, and press Next.
3. Choose the item and its packaging, tick the row, type the quantity, then press Add to cart.
4. Set the delivery type, truck size and truck type. Select a carrier, then press Save.
5. Press Confirm to hand the order to the warehouse.
Good to know
Outbound type is locked: dark store transfers always go by Sirdab delivery.
After the warehouse completes the transfer, check Inbounds for the matching draft at the dark store. Review its schedule and confirm it before receiving the stock.
Review the number of trucks and laborers on the first page before pressing Next.
