The onboarding window opens over your dashboard after you pick your services. Complete it to open your dashboard.
Before you start: the window has no close button and blocks the rest of the portal until you finish it. Have your Unified National Number and VAT Number handy, or plan to skip that part.
1. Answer the three questions from the drop-downs, then press Next.
2. Enter your Unified National Number and VAT Number, then press Submit, or choose Skip For Now to verify later.
3. Press All set! Let’s go in the Congratulations window to open the portal.
Good to know
Skipping finishes onboarding but leaves your business unverified, so some features will later ask you to verify. Follow the business verification prompt when you are ready.
Onboarding is per user: a colleague finishing theirs does not finish yours.
