Add a product to your catalog before including it in warehouse orders. A SKU is the identifier you use to distinguish one product from another.
Before you start: have the product name, your SKU number, storage requirements, and expiry information ready.
1. Open SKUs from the side menu and press Create New SKU.
2. Enter the SKU Name and SKU Number. Use your own product identifier in SKU Number.
3. Select the Warehouse Type, answer Has Expiry?, and choose the SKU Categories that apply.
4. Add useful product details, such as dimensions, weight, brand, and a photo. Review any notification thresholds shown.
5. Check the form and press Confirm. The new product’s details page opens.
Good to know
Creating a product does not add warehouse stock. Request an inbound when you are ready to send goods.
For products that expire, review the near-expiry threshold. Chilled and frozen products require expiry tracking.
For a larger catalog, use Import New SKU from the SKUs page.
