In the merchant portal, you can request a warehouse visit from the active warehouse card under Administration, then Warehouses. The visit action opens an external form for your request.
Follow Request warehouse space changes or a visit. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment; wait for the visit to be arranged before going to the warehouse.
