Our pricing is clear and simple: you pay for the exact space you use and the specific services you require. This method is split into two parts:

  • Storage Fees: These fees are based on the amount of space your goods occupy, such as pallet positions or shelf space, charged monthly. Whether your storage needs are dry, ambient, chilled, or frozen, you’re billed only for the space you declare.

  • Operations Fees: These cover all the actions your goods undergo within our warehouse, from moving in or out (pallet in/out) to specific tasks like case picking or unit picking. This means you pay for the actual work done on your inventory, nothing more.

Why This Is Beneficial Compared to Lump-Sum Models:

In contrast to lump-sum pricing models, our structured approach offers unparalleled transparency and flexibility. Lump-sum models might seem simpler but often lack the detailed breakdown of costs, leading to potential overestimations and a one-size-fits-all charge that may not reflect your actual usage. With Sirdab’s model, you gain the advantage of scalability—your costs adjust with your activity levels, ensuring you never overpay for dormant services. This detailed and flexible pricing model aligns with your business needs, allowing for more accurate budgeting and financial planning.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of our services and the corresponding fees:
