Register the person your orders ship to and give them a delivery address, so you can create orders for them.
Before you start: sign in as an organisation admin. Have the customer’s contact details and Saudi National Address short code ready.
1. From the side menu open Fulfillment then Customers, and press Create New Customer.
2. Fill in the first name, last name, email, and mobile number, then press Save.
3. To add an address, find the customer in the list and click their customer ID.
4. Scroll to the Addresses section on the customer page and press Create New Address.
5. Type the short code from the National Address plate and press Save. The system fills in the city, district, and street itself.
Good to know
Use a valid Saudi mobile number.
To update email, phone, or External ID later, press Edit on the customer page. Names cannot be changed there.
Check the address drawer for an error if the short code cannot be found.
