Log an order taken by WhatsApp, phone, or in person instead of waiting for a store sync.
Before you start: your SKUs need available units in a Sirdab warehouse, or you get "You do not have inventory for SKU <name>".
1. From the side menu open Fulfillment then Orders, and press Create New Order.
2. Pick the customer, then the delivery address in the Address Details card, or press Add New to register either one here.
3. In Order Details, choose Automatic routing or Specific warehouse, then set payment method, channel, and delivery option.
4. In SKU Cart, press Add A Single SKU, choose the product, enter its quantity and unit price, then press Save.
5. Read the page over and press Confirm at the top. The order opens in the Created status.
Good to know
An unpaid invoice blocks creation. Confirm fails with "Account is locked due to an unpaid invoice."
Specific warehouse lets you select a warehouse. Check that it has the stock you need.
Offline needs no connection; Zid and Salla need a connected store. Shopify arrives on its own.
