Retire a bundle you no longer sell without deleting it, and bring it back whenever you want.

Retire a bundle you no longer sell without deleting it, and bring it back whenever you want.

Before you start: you need admin access on your merchant account. Employee accounts get "Failed to archive bundle", so ask an admin to do it.

1. Open SKU Groups, then Bundles, from the side menu and find your bundle

step 1

2. Press Archive at the end of the bundle's row

step 2

3. Type the merchant SKU shown on the screen, then press Archive

step 3

4. Turn on the Show Archived switch above the table to see your archived bundles

step 4

5. Press Unarchive at the end of the row to put the bundle back in service

step 5

Good to know

  • Archiving pulls the bundle out of new orders and deletes its online-store product links. Map those again after you restore it.

  • If restoring fails with "Merchant SKU '...' is currently held by another bundle or SKU", something else took that code. Rename or archive it, then try again.

  • The bundle's own page has the same two buttons at the top: Archive Bundle and Unarchive Bundle.
