Leave a note on one order for the warehouse team and Sirdab to read, such as packing instructions. A comment does not change the order details or guarantee a delivery time.
1. Open Fulfillment then Orders, find your order, and press its order number.
2. Scroll to the Comments section at the bottom of the page and type your note in the box.
3. Press Publish.
4. Check that your comment appears under your name and the Comments counter went up by one.
Good to know
Comments can’t be edited or deleted. If you get it wrong, add a new comment correcting it.
If it doesn’t appear after Publish, refresh the page first. If it is still missing, try again.
It isn’t a private note: the warehouse team, Sirdab, and your own team all read it, and subscribed users get a notification.
