How to switch to own delivery and upload your AWB

Before you start: the order must still be in Created. Once it moves on, the pencil disappears and both the delivery type and the AWB are locked.

1. Open Fulfillment then Orders, find your order, and press its order number.

2. Press the pencil next to Delivery Option.

3. Choose Warehouse (Own Delivery), read the warning, and press Save.

4. Scroll to AWB Document, press “Select files to upload”, and choose your waybill.

5. Check that the uploaded file appears under AWB Document.

Good to know

  • Switching to Own Delivery cancels the Sirdab Express shipment and the tracking link disappears. The warehouse packs with your waybill instead.

  • The file must be a PDF, PNG, or JPEG under 3 MB. You can replace it while the order is still Created.

  • Switching back to Sirdab Express deletes your waybill for good. Download it first if you want a copy.
