Change the unit price of an item when the channel sent the wrong price or you agreed a different one with the customer.
Before you start: Edit only appears while the order’s Status is Created. After that the order locks and prices can’t be changed.
1. Open Fulfillment then Orders, find your order, and press its order number.
2. Scroll down to Order SKUs, press the three-dot button on the item’s row, and choose Edit.
3. Type the new price for one unit over the old number in the Unit Price cell.
4. Wait for "Price updated successfully", then check the new Total Order Price.
Good to know
There’s no save button. It saves on its own a moment after you stop typing.
The Edit action also opens the quantity field. Leave it unchanged when you only want to correct the price.
Got "Something went wrong!"? Refresh and check the order status. If it is still Created, try again or contact support.
