Before you start: every product in the file needs available stock in a Sirdab warehouse; rows without it fail.

1. Open Fulfillment then Orders and press Import Orders.

step 1

2. Press Download template and fill it in Excel, using one row per product.

step 2

3. Press Upload orders file and pick your filled file.

step 3

4. Check how many orders were created in the result window.

step 4

5. Fix the orders the table lists as failed, then re-upload only those rows.

Good to know

  • Rows sharing an order_ref become one order, and the customer, address, payment, sales channel and delivery fields must match across those rows.

  • A failed order does not stop the rest, but the error table is never saved. Copy it before you close the window.

  • .xlsx only, 100 orders per file max. Re-upload only failed orders to avoid duplicates.
